Sutter Group is proud to announce the acquisition of "Neutromed", a historical Italian brand of personal hygiene and cleaning products.
Because of this deal, finalized on Nov. 1, 2023, production – now located in Germany – will return to Italy after a transition period of approximately 12 months. Moreover, with the acquisition, the intellectual property rights of the brand in many countries around the world also enter Sutter's intangible assets.
This new opportunity demonstrates the Sutter Group’s commitment to its “Italian-ness”, despite its strong international focus and marks its entry into the intimate hygiene and shower foam segment.
With the acquisition of Neutromed, the total number of brands offered by Sutter in the consumer sector rises to 4 and the new brand will also represent an opportunity for innovation for the personal care product portfolio of the Professional Division.
